Charles (Chuck) Ferry, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ferry has over 35 years of military and private-sector leadership experience. Prior to joining Duos Technologies, He was the CEO of APR Energy from 2018 to 2020 and COO/President from 2016 to 2018 leading a global fast-track power company with P&L responsibility for $325 million in annual revenue, 800 employees and 17 globally dispersed power plants. Mr. Ferry was General Manager/VP at ARMA Global Corporation from 2010 to 2016, which he helped grow from 80 employees and $20 million in annual revenues to 1,200 employees and $200 million in annual revenues. Previously, he was a Business Developer and Operations Manager with Lockheed-Martin. He served 26 years on active duty in the U.S. Army leading Infantry, Ranger, and Special Operations Units to include 48 months of combat in Somalia, Afghanistan, and Iraq. In 1993, while second-in-command of a Rifle Company in the battle of Blackhawk Down in Somalia, he earned a Bronze Star Medal for Valor. In 2007, while commanding a Rifle Battalion, he earned a Silver Star Medal for valorous actions in Ramadi, Iraq. Mr. Ferry has an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in Political Science and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.

Lee Wilson, President

Lee Wilson is a financial and operational executive with more than 30 years of experience in public and private consumer and commercial enterprises, where he has held positions such as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. He specializes in finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, treasury, structured financing and reorganizations. The main sectors of activity are specialized financing, retail, banking, automotive and transportation, telecommunications, investment management and insurance. Currently, Lee serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the External Audit Committee of Group CCF, a commercial and retail bank based in Paris, France. In addition. Lee is a strategic advisor to a Fintech’s Board and Executive team aligning interest amongst stakeholders. His many past and current experiences as a board member and/or senior executive include My Money Group, Bawag P.S.K., Off Lease Only, Chrysler Financial, Carrier & Technology Solutions, CorePointe Group, Vanguard Car Rental (Alamo/National).

Andrew Murphy, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Murphy has over 18 years of professional finance and accounting experience with his most recent role as CFO of a shared services platform in the construction and homebuilding industry. Prior to that, he served as Duos Tech’s Chief Financial Officer from 2022 to 2024 as well as serving in a number of other roles in the commercial and finance teams. Prior to Duos, Mr. Murphy spent nearly a decade steadily progressing his career within the finance team of APR Energy where he supported securing over $800 million in long term contracts, supported the $700 million+ debt facility as well as $300+ million strategic acquisition of a competitor in the temporary power space. He also held roles supporting operations and the investor relations functions within the company. Prior to APR Energy, Mr. Murphy came from the waste management industry and public accounting working in tax and business services group. Mr. Murphy has a degree in Accounting along with a MBA from Jacksonville University.

Chris King, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. King brings over 20 years of operational and commercial leadership experience within the energy and supply chain sectors. Prior to joining Duos, he served in a series of progressive management roles within APR Energy (“APR”), a global fast track power company. During Mr. King’s time at APR, his responsibilities included: leading all power plant operations, which consisted of 16 sites around the world and over 500 employees; managing acquisition integrations of over $300 million in new projects; maintaining full P&L accountability for all operations; and building and heading up a team that closed over $1 billion in new revenue, asset sales, and contract extensions. Prior to his time at APR, Mr. King held several operational leadership roles at CEVA Logistics, including a role as Lean Six Sigma Leader in charge of designing and executing continuous improvement projects for CEVA operations across the world.

Mr. King holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the University of Florida, and a master’s degree in International Business from the University of Florida.

Doug Recker, Chief Commercial Officer

Doug Recker is a renowned telecommunications industry veteran with over 30 years of experience successfully delivering multi-access Edge Data Center (“EDC”) and colocation services now leads the Duos Edge AI subsidiary’s initiatives to provide EDCs to remote districts, including schools and health facilities. Mr. Recker is responsible for managing, designing, implementing, and deploying EDC Infrastructure across the US for our client sites. He founded Edge Presence in 2017, which was sold to Ubiquity in 2023, and before that, he founded Colo5 Data Centers LLC, which was later acquired by Cologix, Inc. in 2014. The company installed over 40x TM2500s into power plants around the world.

Throughout his career, he has achieved several accolades, including Northeast Florida’s Ultimate CEO Award by the Jacksonville Business Journal, and the owner of one of Florida’s fastest-growing companies and one of Inc. Magazine 500 fastest-growing companies nationwide, he was awarded the Best CEO award in 2013 by BizTech Innovations, and he was also listed in Jacksonville’s Business Journal Top 40 under 40 in 2010. Mr. Recker is also a widely recognized thought leader, speaking at key industry events where he shares his vision, industry knowledge, and overall market strategy. Before his success in the Data Center industry, Mr. Recker was a telecommunications expert at the beginning of the fiber/telecom industry, leading and supporting sales teams.
